Chapter 4 - Doing it Right

In this chapter we will learn the "hands on" of dealing with food in  your kitchen.  Hopefully, you have already had opportunities to prepare snacks and meals at home.

We will learn how to:

Select food properly, Wash it properly, Store it properly, Thaw it properly, Avoid cross contamination, Cook it properly, Serve it properly, Cool it properly, Store leftovers, Clean up - Sanitize properly

At the end we will have an exercise where you will have to use all that you have learned so pay close attention
