Chapter 3 will introduce you to the most common foodborne pathogens and the foods that are associated with them.

Chapter 4 will give you some practical ways of preventing foodborne illness.  There will also be an interactive activity where you will have to use some of your new food safety knowledge.  That means you have to pay attention!
